Platinum Rule

We’ve all memorized the Golden Rule: Treat others as YOU would like to be treated. Turns out there’s a higher standard: The Platinum Rule, which says: treat others as THEY WANT to be treated. And as we honor each other’s worth and dignity it’s important to acknowledge that everyone has the right to set their own boundaries.

Bridging Ceremony in July

All are invited to join the UUFA in a special Bridging Ceremony in which we celebrate our newest young adult and youth group members. The ceremony will take place during service on Sunday, July 31st at 10:30 AM.

Don Smith Died June 29

It’s with sadness that I write to tell you of the passing of Don Smith on Wednesday, June 29th, after sudden health complications. He was surrounded by his loving family.

Worship in July

Worship begins at 10:30 a.m. July’s Cause of the Month is Project Safe domestic violence shelter, and this month’s theme is “Open the Window to Restoration.”   

UUFA Programs & Meetings on Summer Hiatus

Community Potluck, Palms of Fire Drum Circle and Chalice Choir Practice are on summer hiatus and will resume in August. Potluck returns in September.
