Do you feel called to lead? Do you want to hone or develop leadership skills? Are you looking for opportunities to connect leadership opportunities with the UU faith? The Leadership Development and Nominating Committee is currently offering TWO leadership courses.
These courses are UU-centered, with options for a spiritual leadership or strategic leadership focus. The classes are eight weeks long but asynchronous via the UUA website. Meaning you can learn at your own pace! We plan to have 4-5 UUFA members in each course to create a learning cohort. Cohorts will meet in person or via Zoom 1-2 times for community connection and feedback on the modules. The LDNC is funding these courses at no cost to you!
