Celebration of Shaye’s 20 Years at UUFA Was Fantastic!

On Sunday, May 22, Shaye Gambrell was honored for her twenty years of service to UUFA beginning as a quarter-time bookkeeper to now as Congregational Administrator.

From Shaye:

Thank you all for your warm, kind congratulations on Sunday. I was honored to be there with my daughter, Sarah. I will treasure the thoughtful, and hilarious, scrap book prepared by Cookie Kabat with secret assistance from Sarah! I love it.

Thank you to everyone who left me sweet thoughts in the beautiful card and who contributed to the lovely reception.

I will not likely be at UUFA for twenty more years, but I don’t currently have plans to retire from church administration!

The reception following the service was well attended and followed a video featuring tributes from former members, board members, and other leaders who have worked with Shaye over the years.
