The artist will speak about her work at the opening reception Sunday, Jan. 8, after the worship service.
Diana Paradise moved from Santa Barbara to Athens two months before Covid. She happily attends the UUFA Goddess Group each month.
Diana captures the human experience with its many nuances in her oil paintings, oil portraits, and sculptures. She uses light, color, and the expressive gesture to show a moment in time.
Her themes include children and families at play or at rest, beach scenes, people and their pets, athletes in their sport, and people at work.
Ms. Paradise’s portrait commissions include families, individuals, and pets including dogs, cats, horses, turtles, & Gila monsters. She has painted notables including Jack Nicklaus, Billie Jean King, & Chris Evert. Diana’s paintings are in many private and corporate collections from New York to San Francisco, Europe to Asia, and throughout California and Texas.
She is available for commissions from your own favorite photo, altering colors or background as you wish. You can visit Diana’s eponymous website at www.dianaparadise.com.
Diana also has available notecards for $3 each from ten of her paintings. You can reach Diana Paradise at firstname.lastname@example.org.
