Your Help Needed to Complete Capital Campaign!

We are all enjoying our newly renovated and expanded facility, made possible by the successful Capital Campaign in 2016. The generous financial commitments and the payments thus far on those commitments enabled the Expanding Our Vision (EOV) committee to accomplish most of the items on UUFA’s “wish list.” However, there are a few remaining items that could be completed, and the mortgage principal and monthly payments could be lowered, if all commitments are paid in full by the end of 2019. Lowering the monthly mortgage payments would leave more funds in UUFA’s annual budget for staff and programming.

Notices will be sent the first week in August to all those who have not completed their commitment. We need to be able to develop accurate financial projections, so we’re asking those households to respond to us by the end of August.

We’re also asking those who have not made a Capital Campaign commitment, especially those who have joined or begun attending over the last couple of years, to make a contribution to the EOV fund. Please consider supporting UUFA with your treasure as well as your time and talents.

If you have questions, need more information, or would like to make a new contribution, please contact Herb West, Capital Campaign Chair (; John Olive, EOV Project Treasurer (; or Shaye Gambrell, Congregational Administrator (
