On April 5, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., the Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement (AADM) will host a public demonstration to bring awareness to multiple reports of racial discrimination from Athens community members. The demonstration will take place at the Steps of City Hall and end at the University of Georgia Arch. Demonstrators will march together and community members will share their experiences of discrimination. All are welcome to attend to learn about local issues of racial discrimination.
