Tai Chi and Qigong class will be starting up again on April 9, 2019! Come join us! Classes will be held on Tuesday nights at 6 p.m. in the Eskildsen room.
This class ncludes self-massage, breathing exercises, and simple moves for meditation, balance, and fitness. You don’t need to know anything about Tai Chi–just follow along! No special equipment is needed; just wear comfortable clothes.
