At its December 11, 2018, meeting, the UUFA Board of Trustees accomplished the following.
The Board discussed
the purchase process for large capital items
safety and security with a balance of welcoming and prudence
the UUFA Mission and Vision project’s survey (now available online) and plans for Congregational discussions in early 2019
the January Ministry Council/Board retreat
the new maintenance schedule for the Fellowship.
Actions approved were
to create a Safety & Security Task Force;
to proceed with air conditioning replacement in the RE Wing after consultation with Building and Grounds designees.
These reports were accepted and discussed as necessary: Minister’s Report; Expanding Our Vision Report; Treasurer’s Report; Building and Grounds Strategic Plan; and UUFA Maintenance Schedule.
Future agenda items are to review an initial report from the Safety and Security Task Force in February 2019.
